Jaimie VanSickle

Founder & Chief of Operations

Jaimie VanSickle, Founder and COO of J VanSickle Company, started her career in administrative management and accounting. She started out at a young age and balanced her growing career along with college at Eastern Michigan University. Holding positions from basic administrative level and upwards of administrative management, team management, and eventually onto international accounts payable in manufacturing. After 17-years in the corporate field, she had children and decided it was time to end the corporate rat race (although she enjoyed it immensely.) It was time to leverage her leadership experience and launch her own Online Business Management agency.

Today that agency, J VanSickle Company, has been serving business for over 13 years. Jaimie has worked with over hundreds of clients, and has managed some of the larger online business infrastructures within the online and digital marketing industry.

She has worked with brands such as Michael Port’s Book Yourself Solid and Steal The Show, David Siteman Garland’s media-prenuer empire, Shawn Dill’s None of Your Business, and Dr. Kellyann Petrucci’s Bone Broth Diet and Paleo Queen brands and stores, just to name a few. She is currently partnered with DigiBuild, Construction SaaS and Waitlist Workshops where they deliver workshop based-marketing solutions.

She has managed business launches, ecommerce, product launches, best-selling book launches, start-up businesses, large live events such as Book Yourself Solid, Heroic Public Speaking, and Summercamp with Black Diamond Club, as well as many other membership level businesses.

Jaimie’s extraordinary talents in both process development and business operations management has led to her becoming known as one of the top leaders and consultants in her industry. Advanced knowledge in all facets of online businesses, coupled with superior technology skills, helps Jaimie and her team bring all the moving pieces together seamlessly to meet the needs of business owners from around the globe.

Through automation and technology, Jaimie can build an online business infrastructure and a personalized team for business owners that is lean-but-mean. Building on a foundation of proven systems and processes, Jaimie’s leadership ensures that each client’s focus can be on increasing revenue rather than worrying about business management details.

On a personal note, Jaimie has been married for 28 years, and has two sons ages 13 and 16. Her sons are homeschooled by her husband, Dan (and he does amazing work with them)! In her spare time she loves kayaking, bicycling, hiking and anything else that the great outdoors of Michigan can bring to her. She spends a great deal of time with her immediate family members trampling through their property referred to as “The Farm”. She loves cooking, and her youngest son is the family chef through her guidance and training (and lots of cooking shows).

Jaimie strives for peace and joy and extends that positive energy through everything she does, both work and personal. She’s a country girl at heart, but isn’t afraid of the big city. Traveling is a joy and she’s benefited from travels all around the US and Canada, for both work and personal purposes. But it’s always nice to be home and run barefoot through the grass and play in the mud with her boys.

Although settled down in a small Michigan town where she was raised, Jaimie and her husband Dan have also thrived in Detroit MI, Knoxville TN, Birmingham AL, Louisville KY, and Seattle WA. Their favorite place for travel is Montreal and Quebec City. Most likely her favorite American city is Philadelphia. It is through all this travel and exposure to different cultures that has brought the love for real art and fine foods into their home.
