FAIL: Unito.io Two-Way Sync App

After being in the online marketing and digital workspaces for over 15-years, we've tested every app imaginable. Lately those apps are falling into the no-code interfaces and syncing among various apps to create a customized workflow and CRM app for an ops heavy online business.

Several have hit the mark.

Some fall short.

Unito.io shit the bed.

Yep, you heard it.

The fact it was year-end and demands were already at an all time high for online businesses working to get in front of the new year rush, and their support department decided to sleep off the holiday with extra eggnog and not answer their support channels...just shows their lack of reality in business.

No biggie, right? Just use their online support portal.

Yeah, well that shit the bed too. What support portal?

Okay, let's try getting support from AI. Yeah, even AI couldn't find support on the web.

And in the mean time, the software isn't doing what we needed it to do. Trust me when I say it was frustratingly difficult to figure this clown-car out for an online business manager whose been setting up syncs and systems for 15 years.

So during the test period, I'm forced to upgrade to really get the "trial" to work.

Still...shits the bed.

So naturally, I ask for my money back.

At first, it was all apologies for not being in over the holiday break to help, and then their support was just repeating the research I had already spent HOURS doing myself.

Still....the service is shitting the bed.

$375 USD to be exact. To test this crappy useless sync feature.

They seemed willing to help me during this moment.

Then they drag it out....for 2 months.

Then I get that dreaded response "Hey, I'm Richie jumping in for Farhan"

Yeah, you know where this is going.

"Sorry no refund for you! You used the system."

No, actually I didn't. I paid for an expensive trial only for it to continually shit the bed.

This for me, is robbery. It was USELESS.

Anyhow...long story short.

Unito.io DOES NOT WORK!

Unito.io DOES NOT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT!

DO NOT USE Untio.io. It will....shit the bed.

This isn't about the $375 USD wasted. It's about trust in a digital market where new tools present themselves on a routine basis.

You need faith in the company. Us little guys out here, we depend on this tech to work, and we depend on trialing new features without being robbed and too afraid to step in front of another new company out of fear they'll mistreat you.

Lesson learned: if you have to upgrade a software to truly get the trial/testing feature out of it, then it's not a trial and they're doing the typical online marketing crap of holding you hostage.

TRUST matters, Unito.io.

Hundreds of businesses from our end will never see that as a recommended platform.

Do better.
